General Return Conditions

Timeframe

Return items within a set period, such as 2 days from the delivery or purchase date.

Condition

Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging.

Approval

Prior approval from our technical team is mandatory. Contact customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Defective or Damaged Parts

Technical Report

For items with manufacturing defects, a technical report from a certified garage is a mandatory requirement to validate the return and process a refund.

Proof of Defect

Without a valid, stamped technical report from a professional installer, the return claim will be rejected.

Costs and Fees

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and logistics handling.

Restocking Fees

A 5% to 21% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns to cover administrative and inspection costs.

Non-refundable Charges

Initial shipping, handling, and custom clearance charges are strictly non-refundable.
